Shipping policy

Ab2 Elegance does not accept returns or cancellations on orders under any circumstances.

 

Custom Sizing is NOT accepted for return or exchange.

 

Returns with defects will only be accepted with prior authorization. If the return is due to company error a call tag will be issued. Ab2 Elegance will repair or replace any defective merchandise at its sole discretion.

 

Returns will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
